Planning is well under away and the destination for the weekend is The Links Lady Bay Resort at Normanville. The agenda for the weekend is as follows:

Saturday

Meet at the Victoria Hotel (O’Halloran Hill) at 9:45am for a departure at around 10:15am.

Travel through the Adelaide Hills to Wirra Wirra Winery with a coffee/comfort stop etc.

Next stop is at Victory Hotel at Sellicks Beach for lunch.

Then travel to Myponga to visit the Market and on to Normanville and book into your room at The Links Lady Bay Resort.

After booking-in there would be an couple of options;

A drive to a Kangarilla (Second Hand shops), Normanville beach walk or the facilities at the Links including 18 hole golf course, swimming, Tennis courts, Gym etc.; or

A little rest in your room before drinks/dinner.

Pre-Drinks at the bar (drinks at your own cost, 6:00PM start approx) with pre dinner nibbles.

Dinner – a 3 course dinner in the restaurant (drinks at your own cost)

After dinner drinks at the bar and may be some 8 ball on the table nearby.

Sunday

Sleep-in.

Cooked buffet breakfast (9:00am).

After checking out there will drive to Horseshoe Bay, Pt Elliot for lunch via Victor Harbor, depart 10:30AM approx;

Club lunch at Flying Fish Cafe (at your own cost)

Drive safely back home after Lunch.

Please note that if you don’t want to attend the whole weekend you are welcome to come on the run on the Saturday or join us for lunch on the Sunday

Costs

Accommodation at The Links Lady Bay Resort - $189.00 per room (Spa Suite)

To Book, Ring the Resort, 8558 2220, mention Porsche Club package and pay 50% deposit. Please email me (raycom@senet.com.au) after booking confirmed, so I know the numbers for the weekend.

Dinner – 3 Course meal ($70.00 per person) with complimentary nibbles with pre dinner drinks (purchase your own drinks)

Menu - Entrée – Shared platters of Anti Pasto/Bruschetta/Breads

Main Course, choice of three

Stuffed Chicken Breast, prosciutto wrapped Chicken breast filled with feta, cracked roasted almonds, spinach & roasted capsicum, served with baby spinach & butternut pumpkin mash, topped with creamy garlic & parsley sauce.

Beef Scallopine with mushrooms, Char grilled MSA Beef scallopine, seasoned with garlic and herbs, served with green peas, parmesan and garlic mash, topped with creamy white wine, garlic and mushroom sauce.

Atlantic Salmon – waiting on new summer menu for details.

Pan fried Vegetables and Salad Bowl to share

Sweets and Coffee/Tea- Chefs Smorgasbord/ Self Serve
